Your Not Gonna Believe This Dress – Frank and Alexa’s New Braunfels Wedding
Ya’ll, like most everybody else, we have been stuck inside for the last week and are taking shelter while the Corona Virus runs it’s course. We hope that each and everyone of you is safe and sound. The silver lining in all of this, is that we have been able to sit down in front of the computer and do some video editing. Since most of us are stuck at home, we’ll continue to do our best to bring ya’ll some stellar wedding content on all of our social media channels.
Today’s video was shot last weekend at Gruene Estate, when Frank and Alexa were married in our original open air chapel. We loved everything about this wedding, and we are especially in love with Alexa’s dress. The mermaid cut lace gown with full length train is AMAZING! This feminine style dress is tastefully form-fitting. Mermaid evening gowns follow your silhouette to the mid thigh or calf and then flare out at the bottom. A bride’s gown really makes her the center of attention and Alexa chose the right one!
Weddings are about the little details and we love how Frank and Alexa took the information from their wedding program and transfered it onto an antique window. Subtle touches like these, add to the authenticity of an event. When we created Gruene Estate, we created a venue like no other, because every building on the property is old or was constructed from reclaimed materials. The original Gruene family farm has has soul, so when brides choose decor that adds texture, authenticity, and a soulful vibe, their event really stands out and pops. There are so many unique ways for brides to inject their pesonality into their wedding.
Elevating the guest experience was an important part of the day for Alexa and Frank, and they did just that by offering guest a photo booth wall. An alternative to a traditional photo booth with a one dimensional background, their photo wall was covered with greenery that added texture and made for a beautiful back drop. It was also setup in our patio area, so guest didn’t have to leave the event to take photos!
