The Ludwig home is located in the heart of historic downtown New Braunfels and within two blocks of the Comal River tube chute. Constructed by the Ludwigs in 1920, this prominent family began and continues to operate New Braunfels’ oldest leather shop.

This casita is adjacent to the Historic Ludwig Homestead. Carriage House has a studio style full kitchen, two queen beds, living space, and a large bathroom with washer and dryer.

Constructed in mid 19th century, this historic structure is the site of the first telegraph office in New Braunfels. Each Telegraph Station suite sleeps up to 4 individuals. These two units can be rented together or separately.
