When we talk to brides, we often ask them, ” what is most important to you on your wedding day?”   A large majority of brides want their guest to have a fun time at their wedding.  While there are many different ways to achieve that goal, yard games are an easy an affordable way to provide entertainment for your guests.  At Gruene Estate, we have Washers and Corn Hole for our guest to enjoy, but Ladder Golf is a fun and easy addition!  In this video we show you step by step how to create a Ladder Golf game out of P.V.C. pipes and golf balls.

You can make these game pieces out of P.V.C. or wood.  They are very easy to make and it cost me around $30 for all the material needed.  One great feature of ladder golf is that is playable by all ages.  Young or old, none of your wedding guest will feel left out.  Having activities for your guest to enjoy during your wedding reception elevates your event by allowing guest to relax and utlize outdoor space!

Ladder Golf  is played with 2 or more players or teams. Each player has 3 golf ball bolas. A bola is 2 golf balls attached by a nylon rope. The object of the game is to wrap your bolas around the steps of the ladder. The ladder consists of 3 steps, a top, middle and a bottom step.
