Wedding Venue

We have tables and chairs for 200 guests, and this is what is comfortable. Our maximum capacity is 250.

All items, including items rented from an outside vendor, must be dropped off beginning at your access time on your contract and removed by the conclusion of your event. This is includes vehicles in the parking lot, heaters, porta potties, restroom trailers etc.

Yes, it needs to be scheduled with the office in advance.

Yes, the host can provide the alcohol for the event, but alcohol must be served from behind the bar by the bartenders. Beer must be served in either cans or a keg (glass beer bottles are not allowed). Liquor is allowed, but must be mixed with something. Champagne and wine can be served in glass ware. No BYOB.

Yes, you may choose any vendor you like for your event. We have a listed of recommended vendors but those are for your guidance. The only exception is bartending and security. We give you a choice between two companies: Bartenders4you and Margarita Madness. We will arrange security for you and you will pay them directly the day of your event.

Yes, we are happy to schedule follow up appointments in advance although we are not able to do this on days we have events and some Sundays.

You have 6 hours for your event, and that includes ceremony and reception time. All events must conclude by 11 P.M. at the latest. You get an additional 1 hour for cleanup and the rest of the time before your event is for setup and decorating.

Yes, you are responsible for setup, but we will have someone there to assist you with arranging tables and chairs in the way that you would like. With a well thought out layout (your day of coordinator can assist you with this) and two to three able bodied people, you can have them moved pretty quickly.

Although the tables and chairs cannot be moved out of the pavilion, we are happy to help suggest ways that smaller weddings have arranged them in the past.

A rehearsal is included in the two night package. If you are doing a daily rental, we suggest doing a rehearsal offsite the night before.
